Ways to keep depression away


It's not to be happy in every day life. Man has to live in combination of happiness and sorrow. But there is a differences between to be unhappy for some time and to live habitually unhappy. Only who are unhappy for a long time, they habitually live unhappy. The majority of the people behind some of the reasons to stay unhappy for a long time. If they are able to avoid these, they can get relief from the painful living. They can keep away feelings of depression and pain. Depression causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interesting. This is also called major depressive disorder. It affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems.


Symptoms:

Symptoms of depression depend on different ages.  In children these symptoms are likely worry, sadness, irritability, refusing to go to school etc.


In teenagers these symptoms are likely anger, sadness, irritability, feeling negative and worthless, feeling misunderstood, using drugs, eating or sleeping too much, self-harm, loss of interest in normal activities and avoidance of social interaction. In adults these symptoms are likely Memory difficulties, physical aches or pain, fatigue, sleep problems, loss of interest in sex, often wanting to stay at home, suicidal thinking.


What should you do?

If you suffer from depression, make an appointment to see a doctor as soon as possible. If you're reluctant to seek treatment, talk to a health care professional, one you know or trust, or call your mental health specialist.


If any other feel depressed and try to suicide or has made an attempt then make sure someone stays with that person, call your local emergency number immediately and take the person to the nearest hospital emergency room.


Some other things that one can follow to relief from depression:

1. Increase self-esteem: Awaken your inner self. That's why learn to love yourself. For example, just as you love yourself, and recognize the present. Do not compare yourself with anyone else for a moment that brings disappointment. Do work that is good for you and gives you pleasure in doing things.

2. Get rid of past: If you currently hold painful memories of the past will not be happy. Life is too short. Repeatedly thinking about the past is nothing but stupidity to be unhappy. Learn to forgive, get rid of the past, learn to stand confidently on your own feet.

3. Do not collapse on the current situation: Now you may not have the overall situation. The problem may be studies, employment issues, business issues or something else, even family. In this situation, do not panic to deal with everything in patience. If you are not satisfied with your position try something new. You can also reach in good condition. Moreover, keep up efforts continued rather than give up.


4. Do not change yourself for others: Remember, first love is to love yourself. If you can not love yourself you can not expect someone else to love. Do not be overly concerned  about what someone else is saying. Do not change yourself for another.

5. Refrain from relying on luck: It is not known ahead of time what will happen in the future. You can do nothing if you look for the sake of fortune. Some part of your destiny is in your own hands. Your small step can be a ladder to your future happiness.

6. Follow some rules: Eat healthy foods, do regular exercises, confine your daily works in a routine, take on some individual responsibilities, try to have fun and challenge negative thoughts and follow your goals and remember your creator everyday.
