How to take control on your body's weight, reduce fat and get slim naturally?

Nowadays, many people are worried about excess body fat. For good health as well as to physical individuals to reduce the weight of both men and women. But due to business in daily life, it becomes difficult to manage time for exercise or diet to lose weight. But you know, if some simple strategies are followed then this is not so tough to reduce excess weight as like as you think.



Some things you should follow:

1. Say no for fast food: Fast food, processed food, soft drinks, soda etc_ Say absolutely no for these foods. There are high in calories in these foods that increase weight.

2. Eat with small platter: Eating with a big platter could be reason for being eaten more. You can use a spoon to eat less food. Because you take food more in your mouth with your hands.

3. Take food sitting in front of the mirror: Weird! But in the study, the people who sit and eat in front of the mirror, lose weight quickly. Because they have to look themselves and think that they need to lose weight. Check it out yourselves.

4. Drink water: Drinking enough water makes your body wet inside. It makes you think that your stomach is full. It will take less hunger. Drink at least 12 glasses of water a day and gradually reduces weight.



5. Clean the refrigerator: Remove foods high in calories or fast food from the refrigerator or the kitchen. Keep fruits, vegetables and healthy snacks instead. It is the habit of eating healthy foods to reduce your weight.

6. Stay away from sugar and carbohydrates: Stay away from sugar or sweets and eat foods of less carbohydrate like rice and bread as well. Eating less of these foods will reduce weight quickly.

7. Go for a walk: There is no alternative to reduce weight but the walk. Go for a walk not only to reduce your weight but also the risk of heart diseases, sadness.

8. Eat a little less: Take a single bread instead of three bread you eat or a cup of rice instead of a plate of rice. Fill your stomach with vegetables and fruits instead of these above.

9. Eat protein: Keep protein in your diet list. Avoiding protein bares bad impact on your body. Keep eggs, milk, chicken peas in your diet list and avoid eating cattle and castrate meat.

How to get rid of back pain or waist ache?

Causes of back pain or waist ache:

Back pain is usually due to rupture of spinal muscles, ligament sprains, problems between the two disc of vertebrae, carrying out too much weights, extra spinal movement, doing work sitting or standing continuously, spinal injuries, spinal neurological problems, tumors, bone TB, malnutrition problems, fat problems, overweight etc.



What should you do?
There are some treatments like physiotherapy, pharmacotherapy or surgery. First of all you should have recourse to a doctor and tell him/her about lour pains. Then doctor will treat you with the best way. It is to be said that if it does not bring any good results after physiotherapy or pharmacotherapy, doctors usually consults the patient for a surgery.

Some things you should follow:


1. Do not carry heavy things on the back, neck or waist.

2. Make your knees flexion when you take something from the bottom.
3. Do not wear high heels.
4. Do not sit away from the steering wheel while driving a car. Sit straight.
5. Go to bed early at night and avoid sleeping at noon.
6. Do regular physical labor or exercise.
7. Make a habit of eating vegetables, fruits avoiding all other non-veg foods if possible.


8. Decrease your surplus weight.
9. At any situation, while working, keep your waist always straight.
10. Sit in such a way so that the thigh is parallel to the ground.
11. While sitting, do not lean forward to work.
12. While shopping or any thing like that do not stand for a long time (more than 20 minutes). Take a little rest after a while if possible.
13. Sleep only on a flat bed of thin mattress. Do not lie down.

Ways to keep depression away


It's not to be happy in every day life. Man has to live in combination of happiness and sorrow. But there is a differences between to be unhappy for some time and to live habitually unhappy. Only who are unhappy for a long time, they habitually live unhappy. The majority of the people behind some of the reasons to stay unhappy for a long time. If they are able to avoid these, they can get relief from the painful living. They can keep away feelings of depression and pain. Depression causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interesting. This is also called major depressive disorder. It affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems.


Symptoms:

Symptoms of depression depend on different ages.  In children these symptoms are likely worry, sadness, irritability, refusing to go to school etc.


In teenagers these symptoms are likely anger, sadness, irritability, feeling negative and worthless, feeling misunderstood, using drugs, eating or sleeping too much, self-harm, loss of interest in normal activities and avoidance of social interaction. In adults these symptoms are likely Memory difficulties, physical aches or pain, fatigue, sleep problems, loss of interest in sex, often wanting to stay at home, suicidal thinking.


What should you do?

If you suffer from depression, make an appointment to see a doctor as soon as possible. If you're reluctant to seek treatment, talk to a health care professional, one you know or trust, or call your mental health specialist.


If any other feel depressed and try to suicide or has made an attempt then make sure someone stays with that person, call your local emergency number immediately and take the person to the nearest hospital emergency room.


Some other things that one can follow to relief from depression:

1. Increase self-esteem: Awaken your inner self. That's why learn to love yourself. For example, just as you love yourself, and recognize the present. Do not compare yourself with anyone else for a moment that brings disappointment. Do work that is good for you and gives you pleasure in doing things.

2. Get rid of past: If you currently hold painful memories of the past will not be happy. Life is too short. Repeatedly thinking about the past is nothing but stupidity to be unhappy. Learn to forgive, get rid of the past, learn to stand confidently on your own feet.

3. Do not collapse on the current situation: Now you may not have the overall situation. The problem may be studies, employment issues, business issues or something else, even family. In this situation, do not panic to deal with everything in patience. If you are not satisfied with your position try something new. You can also reach in good condition. Moreover, keep up efforts continued rather than give up.


4. Do not change yourself for others: Remember, first love is to love yourself. If you can not love yourself you can not expect someone else to love. Do not be overly concerned  about what someone else is saying. Do not change yourself for another.

5. Refrain from relying on luck: It is not known ahead of time what will happen in the future. You can do nothing if you look for the sake of fortune. Some part of your destiny is in your own hands. Your small step can be a ladder to your future happiness.

6. Follow some rules: Eat healthy foods, do regular exercises, confine your daily works in a routine, take on some individual responsibilities, try to have fun and challenge negative thoughts and follow your goals and remember your creator everyday.
